Canada's first vineyard Private Residence Club adds value with wine expert

Bellstar Hotels & Resorts and Olympus Resorts have contracted wine personality David Scholefield to consult on the development The Reserve Collection^TM - an exclusive collection of private residence clubs in handpicked vineyard locations around the world. Scholefield will lend his professional identity as a foremost wine expert in the Canadian wine industry to create the multi-faceted ultra-luxury residences.

Canada's first release of the vineyard-based Private Residence Club is slated for the Okanagan Valley in a soon to be disclosed location.

David Scholefield is one of Canada's most experienced and well-travelled wine personalities. His renowned palate, sharp wit and great passion for wine have established him as a much sought-after wine consultant, speaker, teacher and judge. David currently holds the title of Chief Judge at the annual Vancouver Magazine International Wine Competition and regularly presents at the Food & Wine Classic at Aspen as well as many other wine festivals.

Bellstar Hotels and Olympus Resorts will create The Reserve Collection^TM - residences that will be sold as fractional ownership. Ownership will include Vintners Club privileges as well as exchange benefits through the Elite Alliance, a growing array of luxurious worldwide ski, golf and beach destinations.

Future locations for the expansion of The Reserve Collection^TM may include wineries in the Gulf Islands of BC, Argentina, New Zealand, Europe, California, Oregon and Washington.
